Overview
Join our dynamic transportation team as a Truck Dispatcher, where you'll be the vital link ensuring seamless coordination between drivers, clients, and logistics operations. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assign truck routes using transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management and SyteLine to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor GPS and GIS data to track fleet locations, optimize routes, and respond swiftly to any delays or issues.
- Communicate effectively with drivers via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear instructions and updates throughout the day.
- Manage shipping & receiving schedules, ensuring accurate data entry into the load board
- Utilize analysis skills to evaluate transportation planning data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Maintain detailed dispatch logs, incident reports, and freight documentation while adhering to phone etiquette standards.
- Collaborate with 3PL providers and internal teams to coordinate freight movements within the supply chain framework.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dispatching within a logistics or transportation environment.
- Familiarity with GPS, fleet management software, and shipping & receiving procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for transportation planning and problem-solving in fast-paced settings.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Must be bilingual: Polish or Ukrainian.
