We're expanding our AT&T customer engagement team and looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join us as a Sales Assistant. In this role, you'll work directly with AT&T products and services, helping customers find the best wireless solutions for their needs. This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training provided, making it ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales and customer service.
As a Sales Assistant, you'll represent AT&T's wireless products and services, connect with customers in-person, and create a positive customer experience. You'll develop valuable sales, communication, and customer service skills while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities for career growth.
What You'll Do as a Sales Assistant:
- Connect directly with customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Educate customers on AT&T products, services, plans, and promotions
- Assist with new customer enrollments and account setup
- Build strong customer relationships and achieve individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, customer service, and product knowledge
What We're Looking For in a Sales Assistant:
- Comfortable working face-to-face with customers
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Reliable transportation required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided
