Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-provided FedEx delivery vehicle
- Load and organize packages for efficient delivery
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers
- Follow GPS navigation and assigned delivery routes
- Complete delivery scans using a handheld device
- Perform daily vehicle inspections
- Follow all FedEx and company safety procedures
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
Typical routes average 100–120 stops per day in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
Our delivery area includes: Albers, Aviston, Bartelso, Beckemeyer, Breese, Carlyle, Germantown, Greenville, Highland, Huey, Tamalco, Lebanon, Mulberry Grove, Pocahontas, St. Jacob, Smithboro, Summerfield, and Trenton.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Missouri applicants must have a Class E driver's license
- Illinois applicants may use a standard driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
- Able to lift and move packages up to 150 pounds with a hand truck or assistance when needed
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Previous delivery experience with FedEx, Amazon DSP, UPS, DHL, USPS, courier services, or route driving is helpful but not required.
Schedule
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
- Monday through Saturday operation
- Sundays are optional if you'd like to earn additional income
- Start time: 8:00 AM
- Typical shifts: 8–10 hours
