Responsibilities
- Assemble valve components accurately following detailed schematics and blueprints
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure parts meet specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and fabrication instructions to guide assembly processes
- Conduct quality checks using precision instruments to verify dimensions and assembly integrity
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouse or manufacturing floor
- Assist with machining, soldering, welding, and other fabrication tasks as needed to support production goals
Skills
- Some mechanical knowledge with experience in assembly and fabrication processes
- Familiarity with using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools safely
- Experience with blueprint reading and understanding manufacturing standards
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures
Pay: $18.00 per hour
