Job Summary
We are seeking motivated, competitive individuals to join our team as Fiber Internet Sales Representatives in residential neighborhoods of Beaufort, South Carolina.
In this role, you will sell high-speed fiber internet directly to homeowners in areas where infrastructure is already installed. This is a field-based, performance-driven position with strong earning potential.
You will work independently in assigned neighborhoods, educate homeowners on fiber service options, and close new customer agreements. Success in this role depends on consistency, communication skills, and a willingness to work outdoors.
This is a W-2 position offering $15 per hour or commission (whichever is greater).
Responsibilities
- Knock assigned residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners
- Present fiber internet service options clearly and confidently
- Close new customer agreements and submit accurate contracts
- Track installs through completion
- Maintain organized records of activity and production
- Meet or exceed minimum weekly performance standards
This is a production-based role requiring self-discipline and consistency in the field.
Performance Expectations
- Minimum 15 hours per week required
- Beginning week two: minimum 3 completed installs per week
- Two consecutive weeks below performance standards may result in termination
This is not a passive hourly role. Income is directly tied to performance.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Ability to work independently
- Basic comfort using CRM or sales tracking tools
Prior experience in door-to-door sales, solar, pest control, alarms, telecom, or direct sales is a plus but not required.
Compensation
- $15 per hour (minimum 15 hours weekly)
OR
- Commission per completed install
Commission Rates:
- 300M – $110
- 600M – $125
- 1 Gig – $150
- 2 Gig – $165
Most customers select 1 Gig service.
Commission is paid upon successful install completion (typically within 7–10 days).
Top performers earn $1,000+ per week. There is no income cap.
