Role SummaryRoda is seeking a dedicated Valet/Tow Driver to support our rapidly growing business while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and prioritizes completing assigned duties efficiently. As the first and last point of contact for clients, reliability, integrity, and punctuality are essential.
This role includes vehicle washing and detailing as part of regular duties, in addition to driving responsibilities. Prior service experience is a plus, but a passion for customer service, a willingness to learn, and attention to detail are key. Growth opportunities are abundant in this dynamic role.
Responsibilities
- Vehicle Delivery & Pickup: Ensure safe and timely delivery and pickup of client vehicles.
- Communication: Proactively, professionally, and courteously communicate with clients and management.
- Cleaning & Detailing: Thoroughly clean interiors and exteriors, including upholstery, carpets, and dashboards
- Vehicle Preparation: Wash, polish, wax, and buff vehicles to enhance appearance and customer satisfaction.
- Inspection & Maintenance: Perform inspections for damages and maintain cleaning/detailing equipment
- Valet Tasks: Move vehicles to and from service areas, customer locations, or storage as assigned.
- Task Completion: Complete all assigned duties in a timely and thorough manner; responsibilities are mandatory and not optional.
- Escalation & Support: Address client concerns and escalate to management when necessary.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support operations and client experience.
Qualifications
- Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to follow instructions and prioritize assigned tasks
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screening
- (Optional) Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- (Optional) Basic mechanical skills, such as jump-starting a battery or changing a tire
Compensation
Full-time positions are benefit eligible; part-time positions are not benefit eligible
