Position Overview
As a Sales Representative, you'll meet with prospective customers, understand their home improvement goals, provide project estimates, and guide them through the sales process from consultation to signed agreement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and earning uncapped commissions based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to discuss renovation and remodeling projects.
- Build trust by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present project estimates and proposals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with project managers and office staff to ensure smooth project handoffs.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Represent Not Just Patchwork LLC with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, or related industries is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
