Up to $45 per hour based on experience and performance
Total annual earnings commonly range from $90,000 to $150,000+
Weekly performance bonuses and repair spiffs

What You'll Do: Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will communicate repair options clearly, perform service efficiently, and help homeowners make informed comfort decisions while maintaining company quality and safety standards. This role also offers additional earning potential through repair incentives and qualified lead generation.
What We're Looking For: Experienced residential HVAC service technicians with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. EPA certification is required or must be obtainable quickly. Candidates should have strong communication skills, professionalism, and a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Sales ability is a plus for customer communication and repair incentives.
