Janitorial (working) Lead Supervisor - Floater
Hourly: $19-$20 (car allowance $150.00 monthly)
Overview
The main duty will be to ensure a polished and welcoming first impression for all clients. You will guarantee adherence to contract specifications. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have. You may also take on or support cleaning tasks, as needed. We are looking for an individual with a versatile schedule that accommodates both daytime and evening shifts.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Establishing and implementing operations standards.
- Listen and address all customer requests, concerns, etc.
- Develop new revenue streams and sales opportunities.
- Participate in walk throughs and presentations.
- Review and minimize labor dollars and hours.
- Manage multiple team members.
- Visit accounts on a regular basis
- Communicate proactively with upper management on important issues.
- Communicate and work closely with HR regarding recruitment and utilize for support.
- Communicate with team members and identify who can be developed.
- Ensure all team members are trained and understand how they fit in the company.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Support business development through client retention and upselling opportunities
- Implement quality assurance programs and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols
Quality Control and Compliance:
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaned facilities to ensure adherence to company
standards and client expectations
Inventory and Supply Management:
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Order and ensure timely delivery of necessary supplies
Additional requirements include:
- Facility Management experience preferred
- Must be willing to travel within their area of responsibility
- Microsoft Office applications experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook, Teams
- Labor & Supplies budgeting experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 5 years' experience in managing janitorial services, with a focus on janitorial tasks
- be prepared to step in and assist the team at various accounts in the event of staffing shortages
- a willingness to get hands-on when necessary
- Successful drug screening and background check.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
