- 1+ years of dental office experience
- Dentrix experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and coordinate appointment scheduling
- Ensure smooth daily operations for both patients and clinical team members
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Maintain a polished, inviting front desk and reception area
- Anticipate patient needs and elevate their experience
Schedule
Full‑time, with patient care hours Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM. No Evenings or Weekends- offering a great work/life balance!
