Inter-Con Security is seeking professional Bank Security Officers to support financial institutions throughout Palm Beach County. This customer-facing role is ideal for individuals who excel in security awareness, customer service, professionalism, and maintaining a safe environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
As a Bank Security Officer, you will serve as a visible security presence while helping protect people, property, and assets. Successful candidates are dependable, observant, and committed to providing exceptional service in a professional banking environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional security presence at assigned banking locations
- Monitor customer, employee, and visitor activity
- Conduct interior and exterior patrols as required
- Control access to restricted areas and verify credentials when necessary
- Observe and report suspicious activity, security concerns, or safety hazards
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies according to site procedures
- Monitor alarms and communicate with appropriate personnel when needed
- Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
- Assist with emergency response and evacuation procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to remain alert and observant throughout the shift
- Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Basic computer proficiency
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Active Florida Security License required
- Valid Driver's License required
- Minimum one year of security, customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, or related experience preferred
- Must successfully pass a background investigation, drug screening, and DMV records check
