Commission-Based | Remote
The Kirtland Heritage Group, a Northeast Ohio 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is seeking an experienced Corporate Sponsorship Sales Representative to secure sponsorships and business partnerships for several major regional events.
Upcoming events include nationally recognized performers and personalities, including cast members from The Chosen and The Piano Guys, with marketing exposure reaching thousands of attendees and hundreds of thousands of impressions throughout Northeast Ohio.
What You'll Do
- Contact business owners, marketing directors, community relations departments, and corporate decision-makers
- Secure sponsorships ranging from $500 to $12,500+
- Build relationships with banks, healthcare systems, auto groups, manufacturers, retailers, and community organizations
- Follow up on existing leads and generate new opportunities
- Present sponsorship opportunities and negotiate agreements
- Track outreach and sponsorship activity
Successful sponsorship sales roles focus on identifying opportunities, presenting partnership value, and closing sponsorship agreements.

Compensation
This is a commission-based position with substantial earning potential.
Suggested commission structure:
- 20% on sponsorships up to $1,000
- 15% on sponsorships from $1,001 to $2,500
- 10% on sponsorships above $2,500
Examples:
- $1,000 sponsorship = $200 commission
- $5,000 sponsorship = $500 commission
- $12,500 sponsorship = $1,250 commission

Pay: $40,000.00 - $69,084.89 per year
