Job Title: Family Practice Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time, certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who values quality time with patients, enjoys the full scope of primary care, and thrives in a team-based care model. Our ideal candidate enjoys building relationships with patients across all stages of life and is confident providing primary care for children, from infancy through adolescence. Pediatric experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1-hour new patient visits and 30-minute follow-up appointments.
- Provide care for a wide range of patients, from newborns to the elderly.
- Perform various procedures, including Paps, injections, and more.
- Manage a patient panel of up to 700 individuals.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team, including doctors, APPs, MAs, LPNs, and other staff members.
- Participate in a rotating call schedule with 3-4 other providers.
- Engage in women's health, with a strong interest and experience in this area.
Work Schedule:
- 4 days per week, Monday through Friday.
- Visits can be conducted in-office, by phone, or virtually through asynchronous telehealth, all within scheduled hours.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
