As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, clients, and visitors at our primary reference lab. Your role will be critical in delivering outstanding service and supporting the smooth operation of our facility. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Pay: Starts at $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods while working at the desk or assisting patients.
- Occasional lifting of small items (up to 10-15 lbs).
- Frequent use of a keyboard and mouse for data entry.
- Moving around the office or laboratory to assist visitors and retrieve documents.
- Ability to speak clearly and hear effectively when interacting with others.
- Occasional bending or reaching for files or supplies.
OSHA Category: This position may occasionally perform tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, and/or tissues. All employees performing these duties are offered the opportunity to receive the Hepatitis-B vaccination series.
