A brand-new podiatric surgery practice is opening its doors this fall in Boerne, and we're looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who wants to build a long-term career with us — someone who wants to be part of a practice from its very first day.
We are a full-scope podiatric surgery practice, focused primarily on surgical care alongside general podiatry. As our first point of contact, you'll set the tone for every patient's experience — and you'll help shape how our front office runs from the ground up.

We're not looking for someone to fill a temporary gap — we're looking for a long-term team member who wants to grow with us. To that end:
- We will pay for your X-ray certification/training.
- We will fully train you on our EHR system, ModMed, as well as on every aspect of your role.
What You'll Do:
- Check patients in and out
- Collect copays, balances due at time of service, and manage patient collections
- Handle scheduling for new and established patients
- Coordinate new patient onboarding and paperwork
- Sell DME/products as recommended by our providers
- Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)
- Help build the systems and culture of a new practice — your input matters here in a way it wouldn't at an established clinic
A Note on Our Early Days:
As a brand-new practice, our patient volume will grow steadily rather than start at full capacity. Because we're committed to full-time pay from day one, there may be periods — especially early on — where you'll help with tasks beyond typical front-desk duties: office setup, inventory, or other administrative work as we build our patient base together.
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who wants a long-term home
- 1-2 years minimum receptionist/admin experience
- Prior front desk/receptionist experience in a medical office preferred
- Podiatry experience a plus, but not required
- Comfortable handling payment collections and sales conversations with patients
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a genuine team player

Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Experience with ModMed EHR
- Experience in a podiatry or orthopedic practice

Compensation: $18–$21/hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week guaranteed
