What You’ll Do
- Lead & Mentor: Act as the point person on-site, guiding apprentices and ensuring the team stays on track.
- Execute with Excellence: Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance across all sectors.

Compensation & Premier Benefits
- Pay Range: $37.00 – $42.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Core Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead projects from start to finish, including reading blueprints/schematics and maintaining workflow schedules.
- Technical Execution: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including conduit (bend, thread, etc.), wire pulling, and terminations (transformers, switchgear, control circuits).
- Supervision: Manage and delegate tasks to crew members while maintaining a high standard of safety, productivity and professionalism.
- Communication: Act as the primary link between management, customers, and vendors.
***Fire Alarm experience preferred but not required***
***Must hold a valid CO Journeyman Wireman License***
***Must hold a valid State Issued Drivers License***
