Job Description
The operations generalist position supports daily property functions by assisting managers with bookings tracking and reconciliation, social media, and quality assurance along with administrative tasks. Understands hospitality operations and standard operation procedures for adequate performance.
The position functions as middle management with a high level of autonomy and accountability. Compensation commensurate with background and experience. High ethical standards, reliability, and sound judgment are essential.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Excellent computer literacy with advanced skills in MS Office
- Previous experience in quality cleaning inspection
- Ability to multitask
- Displays good initiative

- Excellent verbal and written skills.

Minimum 1 year in the hotel/Vacation Rental business
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
