STEVEDORE LABOR – TWIC Card REQUIRED

We are always looking for dependable people who are available to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and up to 12 hours shifts operating equipment and unloading cargo (both day and night shift needed).
Requirements:
· Must have a valid State ID/DL, SSN or Birth Certificate and a TWIC card
We are looking for:
· LABORERS to help unload the cargo and general dock-side work. $12 - $14/hour
· FORKLIFT OPERATORS Multiple types of equipment. $14- $20/hour – Pay is based on experience.
· FLAGGERS & RIGGERS Must be comfortable working with Dock Laborers and Crane Operators to secure loads and safely utilize hand signals and line of sight. NCCER and follow on certifications greatly preferred, but not a deal breaker.
$12 - $14/hour
· FOREMAN Full-time position available for the right candidate. Working 45 - 70 hours per week, with availability on alternating weekends. Typical workday begins at 0600 when vessels are in port, 0800 otherwise. Management or Supervisory experience is ideal, with a particular focus on stevedoring and loading/unloading vessels. Ideal candidates should have forklift certification and a working familiarity with cranes/rigging. MUST have valid driver's license, personal vehicle and liability insurance. Benefits include 401K with percentage match, Health insurance to include family coverage, 2 weeks paid vacation (3 weeks available/5 years of employment, 4 weeks after 10 years). Pay rate depending on experience
Training is available in most crafts for motivated candidates!

Ability to commute/relocate:
· Mobile, AL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
· · Must have reliable transportation to and from our office. Note - transportation into and out of the Port of Mobile is provided, but a properly registered, working personal vehicle is greatly preferred.
Experience:
· Port or Stevedoring: 1 year (Preferred)
· Friction Crane: 2 years (Required)
· Forklift: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
· State ID or Driver's License (Required)
· TWIC (Required)
· Social Security Card or Birth Certificate (Required)
