Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Weekend Dog Daycare Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for dogs in our daycare facility. You will interact with dogs of various breeds and sizes, ensuring their well-being while also maintaining a clean and organized space. This position requires a love for animals, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with dogs during playtime to ensure safety and proper behavior.
- Maintain cleanliness of the daycare facility, including cleaning kennels, play areas, and equipment.
- Monitor the health and behavior of the dogs, reporting any concerns to management.
- Assist in feeding, administering medications, and providing basic care as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners regarding their pets’ activities and needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in dog handling or animal care is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners. Weekend Attendants have frequent customer interactions during drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Experience in a kennel environment is advantageous.

Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour
