Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated 3rd Keyholder to join our team on a full-time basis. In this pivotal leadership role, you will support store management in daily operations, ensure excellent customer experiences, and help maintain a well-organized, efficient retail environment. Your enthusiasm and management skills will inspire the team and drive store success.
Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer inquiries promptly
- Support inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control
- Supervise sales transactions at the POS (Point of Sale) system, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and sales processing
- Manage store cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols to create an inviting shopping environment
- Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, supervisory roles, or store management with a focus on team leadership
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and bookkeeping tasks
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math principles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through excellent time management skills
