We are looking for an EMDR Provider for this specific role.
The Opportunity: Growth, Support, and Specialization:
Are you looking to transition into the private practice world without the "solo" isolation or administrative headache? We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Addiction's Therapist, or a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team full-time. We are currently seeing a significant surge in clients seeking support for sex addiction/infidelity, betrayal trauma, PTSD Clients utilizing EMDR, and distressed couples. This role allows you to specialize in high-impact clinical work while enjoying the stability of a W2 position.

Compensation & Perks
- Pay Range: $62.00 – $82.50 per hour (competitive fee structure).
- Schedule: Flexible hours (10–30 direct clinical hours per week) with hybrid options (online and in-office).

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert therapy for individuals and couples, with a focus on trauma, infidelity, and addictions (including porn/sex addiction).
- Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation via our EMR system.
- Collaborate with the clinical team during bi-weekly meetings to ensure high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Must be a Provisionally Licensed (LMFT, LCMHCA, LCAS) in North Carolina. Candidates with dual licensure and licensure in South Carolina are highly preferred
- Experience: Minimum of one (2) year of post-graduate experience in mental health, addictions, EMDR, and couples therapy.
- Values Fit: Must be comfortable in providing and/or supporting Faith-based clients.
- Mindset: Professional, teachable, autonomous, and motivated to grow within a private practice agency.
- Availability: Must be willing to work some evening or Saturday hours as your caseload grows.
- Note: Candidates must not currently be in a solo or group private practice unless they intend to leave that practice to join ours.
