Job Summary
We are hiring a reliable and hardworking CDL Truck Driver to safely deliver materials on local/regional routes. This role involves both driving and hands-on work, including loading/unloading and securing freight.
2 + years of Flatbed and Moffett (piggyback forklift) experience is required in this role
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate CDL vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations
- Deliver freight on time along assigned routes
- Load and unload materials using forklifts or moffett equipment
- Secure loads on flatbed trucks to ensure safe transport
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain delivery paperwork and logs
- Communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations
Requirements
- Valid CDL (Class A preferred) with appropriate endorsements
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record (no at-fault moving violations in the past 3 years)
- 2+ years of truck driving experience (flatbed preferred)
- Experience with load securement and freight handling
- Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, climb, and secure loads
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Flatbed experience
- Moffett (piggyback forklift) experience
- Route delivery experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time as well as the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. While mainly standard hours are scheduled for this position, 7AM-5PM, Mon-Fri. Flexibility at times may be required to ensure all orders are picked, trucks are loaded/unloaded and job duties are completed by end of every shift. Saturday rotation of staff may be required, 8AM - 1PM or 7AM - 12PM, depending on the location, overtime is required for this role.
