Job Responsibilities
- Shipping and receiving of all packages, including loading and unloading shipments.
- Interface with shipping carriers and representatives (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight providers).
- Process and fulfill new parts orders.
- Ensure that all equipment received for repair is accompanied by a valid RMA number and supporting documentation.
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring the flow of parts and equipment in and out of inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items requiring replenishment.
- Conduct inventory pre-counts and assist with physical inventory counts twice annually.
- Perform basic assembly of non-inventory parts and accessories.
- Support the Service Department with basic technical repair and maintenance duties as assigned.
- Answer, screen, and reroute incoming service calls.
- Assist with general warehouse organization, cleanliness, and limited building maintenance activities
