A well-established customs broker is seeking an experienced Import Entry Writer to join our team of professionals.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Import Entry Writer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and service. Your expertise will help safeguard our operations against risks while maintaining adherence to all relevant regulations, including FDA , Fish & Wildlife, Lacey, Aphis and NOAA regulations.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of import entry writing experience, strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key responsibilities and qualifications include:
· Review and audit commercial documentation, apply Harmonized Tariff Schedule classifications, and ensure all federal import requirements are met.
· Prepare and transmit customs entries for import shipments accurately and on time.
· Generate invoices for duties, fees, and entry charges for customers.
· Collaborate with customers to classify new commodities according to HTS requirements.
· Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Demonstrate strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service.
