Role Description This is a full-time, Equipment Operator role based in Corpus Christi, TX. Travel and overtime is expected, including nights and weekends. The Equipment Operator will operate a variety of machinery and heavy equipment in support of industrial and field operations, following all safety procedures and company guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and safely operating equipment, performing basic pre-use inspections, operating equipment on site for 12-hour shifts, and communicating with supervisors and crew members to coordinate work. The role also involves assisting with loading and unloading materials, routine equipment maintenance, and reporting equipment issues promptly to maintenance or management. The Equipment Operator is expected to maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all company, local, and federal safety standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates must be able to pass a background check, drug screen and possess a TWIC card.
- Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance to perform routine inspections and basic upkeep.
- Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation and safe material handling.
- Prior experience in industrial, construction, or machinery environments is preferred, but we will gladly train up the right candidate.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and communicate clearly with team members, clients, and supervisors.
- Physical ability to work outdoors and lift moderate weights as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- CDL drivers preferred.
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
