About the Role
Tyson’s Financial LLC is seeking a Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet with clients in person to review life insurance options and help them select coverage that fits their needs.
This is a field-based sales position involving scheduled appointments and community-based client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients in their homes to review life insurance options
- Present and explain final expense and life insurance products
- Assist clients in completing applications for coverage
- Maintain accurate client records using a CRM system
appointments and follow-ups
- Build relationships and generate referrals within the community
Compensation
- Commission-based pay structure
- Commission rate discussed during interview
- Performance-based promotions with increased commission level
Training & Support
- Structured onboarding and training program
- Ongoing mentorship and coaching
Assistance with obtaining a life insurance license (if not already licensed)
- Access to CRM tools and sales support systems
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and follow a structured sales process
- Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
