Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician / Process Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting injection molding presses while ensuring quality production of precision thermoset components used in medical and industrial applications.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with injection molding machine setup, mold changes, process adjustments, troubleshooting, and maintaining production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate injection molding presses, including CNC injection molding equipment
- Install and remove molds from molding machines
- Adjust temperatures, cycle times, and machine settings to maintain production quality
- Troubleshoot molding issues and make process adjustments
- Respond to machine alarms and production challenges
- Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met
- Support molding operators and production team members
- Follow production schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting injection or compression molding presses
- Experience with mold changes, machine setup, and process adjustments
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in a medical, precision manufacturing, or high-quality production environment preferred
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
