Responsibilities
- Provide attentive supervision and care for children in a home-based setting, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional development
- Support children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and outdoor play
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that encourages exploration and creativity
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding each child's progress, needs, and any concerns
- Assist with classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and guiding children through conflict resolution
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary
Must Have Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Driver's License
- Social Security
- CPR Certification
- Be able to speak Spanish fluently

Knowledge Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or similar settings
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with parents and team members effectively
- Ability to manage classroom activities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of young children and the home-based environment
