We are seeking therapists to join our team at Harmony Farm Creative Counseling. Located on a small, historic farm in Georgetown, we are an outpatient mental health agency primarily serving children, adolescents and their families. We have a spacious, relaxing, and inviting atmosphere to walk and talk, engage with our farm friends like horses, chickens, and dogs, go on an adventure, explore our 5 senses garden, walk our winding Labyrinth- the possibilities are endless! We believe family comes first, in our professional and personal lives as well.
- Therapists must have experience working with clients in a clinical setting.
- Fully licensed mental health practitioner required.
- Previous experience in community mental health beneficial.
- Training in PCIT, TF-CBT, or EMDR is a plus.
- Candidates with interests in Psychotherapy Incorporating Horses and Adventure Therapy are encouraged to apply.
- Must be compassionate and able to establish trusting relationships with clients.
- Must have keen diagnostic skills, ability to write thorough assessments and to maintain regular documentation of sessions.
- Must work well in a small group of skilled professionals.
- Full-time position as an independent contractor- pay is based on percentage of insurance reimbursement; may be open to employee- ask for more information
- Site is approved Pediatric Specialty- up to $100,000 of student loan repayment for 3 years of service- if you are accepted to their program.
Work Remotely
- We are in-person, but can work remotely as needed on occasion.
