**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic kitchen team at Surge Entertainment by Drew Brees. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. **Duties:**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes and menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation, including plating and garnishing.
- Support the kitchen team in meeting service standards and deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communicate effectively with the restaurant team, including servers, bussers, and management.
- Assist with banquet and special event services, including set up, service, and clean up.
- Perform additional duties as required, such as food inventory management and kitchen maintenance.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality and communication.
- Ability to help with food preparation and presentation, as well as bussing and cleaning duties.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including knives, pots, and pans.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
