LaTrelle's Management Corporation is seeking a General Manager for our Buffalo Wild Wings GO located inside the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEATAC). As a General Manager, you will:
- Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedure to store management and crew members, ensuring all food safety procedures are executed in accordance with company policy
- Works alongside the management team to meet budget and sales goals
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures to include, but not limited to, the control of cash, property, product and equipment
- Monitors inventory levels to ensure product availability, ordering product if necessary
- Provides proper training for Shift Supervisors and Crew Members

The General Manager Requires:
- 3 – 5 years of restaurant experience, preferably in full service
- Flexible work availability
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to pass an FAA required 10-year criminal background check
- Ability to obtain an Airport ID Badge within 30 days of employment
- Ability to provide legal identification and to work in the United States
- Food Handler Certification
