MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIANS NEEDED – MASSACHUSETTS
Freedom Resource Group is partnering with leading healthcare systems in Massachusetts to help Puerto Rico–based counselors and social workers obtain their LCSW (Licensed Certified Social Worker) credential while earning an excellent U.S. income.

Who We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related mental-health field
- New graduates (good GPA) or experienced social workers (Puerto Rico license not required)
- Puerto Rico residency required
- Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Ability to pass a drug test and federal background check
- Willingness to commit to 2 years in Massachusetts
Pay & Benefits
- $35–$45 per billable hour depending on experience
- Raise upon receiving your MA LCSW license
