We are a growing, high-quality collision repair facility looking for an experienced Body Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and wants to be part of a team that values quality over shortcuts.

Responsibilities
- Perform complete structural and non-structural collision repairs.
- Repair and replace damaged body panels.
- Pull and straighten frames and unibody vehicles.
- Measure vehicles and ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications.
- Weld, section, and perform panel replacements as required.
- Complete body filler work, sanding, and panel alignment.
- Prepare vehicles for the paint department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate with estimators and management regarding repair progress.
- Meet production goals while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous collision repair/body technician experience required.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques and OEM repair procedures.
- Experience using frame machines, welders, and collision repair equipment.
- Ability to read and follow repair estimates and work orders.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- I-CAR certifications are a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
