Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vending Account Manager to lead the growth and management of our vending machine services portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic account management. This position requires using a company vehicle and access to cash and inventory. A drug test may be required.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory levels in all machines. Including shopping for inventory and keeping machines clean.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with market trends, customer needs, and company goals to maximize revenue growth.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service, troubleshooting issues, and presenting upsell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in technology sales and account management.
Experience
- Experience in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships through effective communication and analysis skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead sales initiatives from prospecting through closing while maintaining high levels of motivation and professionalism.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies related to technology sales and the ability to leverage these insights for business growth.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients confidently via warm calling, presentations, and negotiations.
