Seeking an experienced Workday Reporting & Prism Analytics Consultant to design, build, test, maintain, and enhance Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions. The consultant will lead report lifecycle activities, collaborate with business stakeholders, support UAT and sign-off processes, and provide ongoing enhancement and defect support.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Workday Reporting, Prism Analytics, Calculated Fields, and data visualization, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
Primary Skills:
4+ years of Workday Reporting experience and 2+ years of Workday Prism Analytics experience.
Strong experience with Workday HCM and related functional domains.
Expertise in designing, building, testing, debugging, and supporting Workday reports and dashboards.
Advanced experience developing Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and Trend Reports.
Experience creating and maintaining Prism data sources, datasets, pipelines, and transformations.
Ability to blend Workday and external data sources to support workforce analytics and business reporting.
Expert knowledge of creating and modifying complex Calculated Fields.
Understanding of Workday security, business processes, and reporting best practices.
Experience gathering requirements and creating functional/design documentation.
Workday Prism Analytics Certification strongly preferred. Workday Reporting, HCM, or Integration certifications are a plus.
Secondary Skills:
Understand business requirements and develop reporting and analytics solutions.
Experience with Workday Business Processes and HCM functional touchpoints.
Support HR Operations and reporting initiatives.
Lead and participate in unit testing, UAT, and data validation activities.
Assess the impact of Workday releases and maintain regression testing documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Ability to manage change effectively while considering business process and system impacts.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $37.91/hour - $59.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
