MaintainIT, LTD is a Facility and Plant Maintenance Services Company based in Greenville, SC. We currently have an opportunity to place a Distribution Support Services Supervisor at one of our key client sites in the Upstate. The candidate will supervise approximately 15 employees providing maintenance and logistical support services. They will also be a safety conscious leader who will assign work, monitor its progress and interface with the client on day to day scheduling and logistics.
A positive and proactive attitude and superior communication skills are vital for success in this team oriented environment. This candidate must be willing to document and prioritize the needs of our client, while creating standard operating procedures for repetitive tasks, and sharing knowledge to mentor others. A continued focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement is required. In addition, Applicant must be able to recognize needed improvements and provide the information and quotes necessary for our client to make an informed decision.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a production/distribution support services role, along with an Associate’s Degree or related training. Clean safety record, dependable transportation, and clean drug screen and background check are also required.
