Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on all vehicles and off-road equipment using automotive diagnostic tools and electrical testing devices.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and engine system overhauls to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to assemble, repair, or modify mechanical components.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform electrical diagnostics to identify issues with wiring, sensors, or electronic controls.
- Repair and replace mechanical systems such as suspension components, brakes, engines, and other critical parts with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist customers by providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance needs and explaining repair procedures clearly to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle heavy lifting safely during repairs or parts replacement while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience combined with service technician background in automotive or off-road vehicle repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive engine systems, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical systems repair.
- Hands-on experience with all vehicle repair and maintenance is highly desirable.
- Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering tools, and assembly techniques.
- Skilled in automotive diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting to quickly identify issues.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining a high standard of quality in repairs.
