Gibbs & Olson is seeking a Engineer 4 to lead design projects, work directly with clients, and mentor the next generation of engineers.
This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with an established and respected civil engineering and land surveying firm serving public and private sector clients across Washington and Oregon.
What You’ll Do:
Design and manage civil infrastructure and site development projects
Lead technical tasks and coordinate with clients, agencies, and consultants
Prepare detailed plans, reports, cost estimates, and permit documents
Mentor junior staff and support business development
Help pursue new work and maintain strong client relationships
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Active Professional Engineer (PE) registration
8+ years of civil engineering experience
Skilled in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam
Experience with public/private utilities, stormwater, roads, and/or site development projects
Experience working with public agencies, permitting, and funding coordination
