Seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to join an innovative team specializing in the repair, installation, and prototyping of industrial and commercial cleaning systems. 9:00AM - 6:00PM (after training, schedule may change, but will be flexible)

Pay
$70,000 - $85,000 annually
Job Duties
- Handling service and installation for pressure washers, commercial floor cleaning equipment, vehicle wash systems, and chemical delivery systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues.
- Conduct general plumbing work with various materials such as tubing, copper, and PVC.
- Maintain and repair high-pressure pumps and related systems.
- Work collaboratively with team members and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety and work standards.
- Read and interpret machine schematics and PLC programming for effective diagnosis and repair.
- Lead the operational development of the service department with potential team expansion and training.
- Utilize company service vehicle and tools for field-based repairs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in electrical, mechanical, and maintenance work.
- Expertise in general electrical work from 480V to 12V systems, and familiarity with electrical control systems.
- Knowledge of welding, PLC programming (preferred but not required), and high-pressure system maintenance.
- Proven leadership qualities with a positive attitude and ability to mentor future technicians.
- Certified to operate industrial equipment such as boom lifts and scissor lifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
