Prepare vehicles for refinishing, including sanding, masking, priming, and sealing
Mix and match colors to achieve accurate, high-quality finishes
Apply basecoat, clearcoat, primers, and other refinishing products
Blend and refinish repaired areas to achieve seamless results
Inspect finished work to ensure it meets our high standards for quality and appearance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work closely with the body technicians and the rest of the Collision Center team
Proven experience as an Automotive Collision Painter or Refinishing Technician
Strong knowledge of automotive paint preparation, mixing, matching, blending, and application
Ability to consistently produce high-quality, showroom-worthy finishes
Strong attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship
Reliable, hardworking, and committed to doing the job right
Ability to work independently while being a positive member of the team
I-CAR, OEM, or paint manufacturer certifications are a plus
