About the Role
Vaughan Automotive Group is hiring an experienced Service BDC Representative to join our high-performance call center team in Boerne, TX.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for a call center professional with 1–2 years of experience who knows how to work a high-volume phone environment, meet KPIs, and turn conversations into booked appointments — consistently.

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound service calls and convert them into scheduled appointments
- Execute outbound call campaigns — up to 200 calls per day
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments in our CRM/DMS system
- Reconnect with missed appointments and no-shows
- Recommend vehicle maintenance based on history and manufacturer guidelines
- Deliver professional, knowledgeable customer service on every call
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of call center, BDC, or high-volume phone experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Strong verbal communication skills — confident, professional, and persuasive
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and CRM/DMS familiarity preferred
- Reliable commute to Boerne, TX (in-person role)
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive or dealership BDC experience (strong advantage)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (higher base pay available)
- Experience with appointment scheduling or customer follow-up campaigns
Schedule
Monday–Friday with flexible shift options:
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Alternating Saturdays required.
