Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and driven Real Estate Closer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for speaking directly with motivated property owners, negotiating purchase agreements, and connecting investment properties with qualified cash buyers. You will play a critical role in helping sellers find solutions while ensuring transactions move smoothly from contract to closing.

Duties
- Speak with motivated property owners to understand their situation and determine the best solution.
- Build trust and develop strong relationships with sellers and cash buyers.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and assignment agreements.
- Analyze properties using comparable sales, estimated repair costs, ARV, and investment strategies.
- Present offers clearly and confidently while overcoming objections professionally.
- Follow up consistently with leads through phone calls, text messages, and email.
- Maintain detailed notes and update all lead activity in the company CRM.
- Market contracted properties to qualified cash buyers and coordinate the disposition process.
- Work closely with title companies, buyers, sellers, and transaction coordinators to keep deals on track.
- Schedule property walkthroughs, inspections, and contractor visits when necessary.
- Ensure all required documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and closing goals.
Requirements
- Sales, customer service, real estate, or negotiation experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with sellers and investors over the phone and in person.
- Ability to analyze investment opportunities using ARV, repair estimates, and comparable sales.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as REsimpli, GoHighLevel, Podio, Salesforce, or similar is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation for local appointments when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in wholesale real estate, acquisitions, dispositions, or real estate investing.
- Familiarity with creative finance strategies such as Subject To, seller financing, novations, or lease options.
- Existing relationships with investors or cash buyers are a plus but not required.

Pay: $50,469.23 - $150,188.75 per year
