Do you have experience working with Memory Care patients and the patience and compassion to meet their specific needs?
We are seeking an experienced respite provider to assist a family in Sullivan.
Schedule: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 8 am-12 pm (not more than 10 hours per week)
Compensation: $20 per hour
Experience – Reliable, Professional, and Compassionate Caregivers
Skills – We are looking for a care provider with experience working with elderly memory care patients
Duties:
- Preparing snacks and meals to help sustain and satisfy the client throughout the day.
- Supervision, elopement prevention, provide a safe and relaxing environment
- Experience with re-direction and providing supervision to prevent elopement
- Knowledge on techniques to calm client during anxiety and confusion episodes
- Background check must be passed prior to hire.
- Must have reliable transportation
