We are looking for dependable Food Production Associates / Machine Operators to join a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. If you have experience in food production, manufacturing, machine operation, packaging, batching, mixing, or warehouse production, we want to hear from you!
Pay & Schedule
Day Shift
- 4:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- $20.00/hour
- Must be available Monday–Sunday
- Scheduled 5–6 days per week
- Days off will typically fall during the week
Night Shift
- 4:30 PM – 4:30 AM
- $21.00/hour
- 12-hour shifts
- Must be available Monday–Sunday
- Scheduled 5–6 days per week
- Days off will typically fall during the week
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor food production equipment
- Organize, stage, weigh, verify, scan, load, and mix bulk ingredients
- Fill, package, and label finished products
- Perform scale and shortening checks
- Complete production and equipment checklists
- Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and cleaning
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Keep equipment and production areas clean and organized
- Perform food-contact equipment sanitation procedures
- Monitor product quality and food safety standards
- Report equipment, quality, or safety concerns to the Shift Lead
What We’re Looking For
- Previous food production, manufacturing, machine operation, packaging, or similar experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand work instructions in English
- Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals
- Comfortable completing basic production documentation
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- GMP or food manufacturing experience is a plus
- Forklift experience/certification is a plus
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, climbing, and performing physical work throughout a 12-hour shift
- Comfortable working in a hot, cold, and noisy food-production environment
