Job Overview
We are seeking 1 skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has a passion for food service and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish meets our standards for taste and presentation. This position requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area & equipment
- Participate in catering events as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality meals to guests
- Support other kitchen staff by helping with meal preparation and cooking tasks as required.
- Keep a stocked station & line. Rotate product efficiently with minimal supervision
- Adhere to established checklists & guidelines
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or as a cook is preferred.
- Familiarity with elevated dining standards and practices is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual accountability.
