Tanker Driver - would you like to stop driving over the road?
Duties:
- This is a night shift position, starting in the afternoon, through early mornings
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle, specifically a tanker truck
- Load and unload tanker trucks using appropriate equipment and procedures
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while transporting materials
- Maintain accurate records
- Climbing in and out of the truck cab as needed
- Maintain a clean truck appearance
- Communicate with dispatchers and suppliers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Tanker Endorsement NOT REQUIRED
- Ability to drive at night
- Preference given to those with 2 years of experience driving commercial vehicles, preferably tankers
- Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks on the vehicle
- Ability to operate loading equipment and perform proper loading procedures
- Excellent driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Pay: $61,224.40 - $81,689.60 per year
