Duties
- Perform a range of aesthetic services, including facials, dermabrasion, and makeup application.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations based on individual client needs and preferences.
- Utilize knowledge of color theory to recommend appropriate products and treatments.
- Manage appointment scheduling through PATIENTNOW software, ensuring efficient operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Engage in hospitality practices to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
- Assist with social media management to promote services and engage with the community.
- Drive sales through product recommendations and service upselling while maintaining client satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques.
- Familiarity with PATIENTNOW or similar scheduling software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating hospitality-oriented service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in sales within the beauty or wellness industry is a plus.
- Aesthetician license or certification in accordance with state regulations is required.
