Part-Time Baker Wanted — Small Batch Specialty Baked Goods
Job Type: Part-time (8–10 hours/week)
Schedule: Sunday mornings (5:00 AM – 10:00 AM required) + one additional ~3-hour shift, flexible weekday timing

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented baker to join our team on a part-time basis for an upcoming project focused on small batch, specialty baked goods. What You'll Do
- Execute small batch, specialty baking tasks accurately and efficiently, following recipes and processes closely
- Arrive on time and ready to work — reliability is essential, especially for our early Sunday shift
- Take initiative: spot what needs to get done and get it done without being asked twice
- Keep notes and track details (batches, timing, adjustments) to maintain consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Track basic inventory levels and flag low or needed supplies
- Communicate clearly with the team — reporting issues, progress, or updates as needed
- Be open to occasionally taking on new recipes, techniques, or special projects
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of baking or culinary industry experience is required (formal training provided on top of this)
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine focus on precision and consistency
- Punctual and reliable — especially for the required Sunday morning shift (5:00 AM–10:00 AM)
- A self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't need constant supervision
- Comfortable with routine tasks, but flexible and curious enough to enjoy variety when it comes up
- Good communication skills, comfortable reporting updates or issues to the team
- Basic organizational skills for tracking inventory and supplies

- Additional shift: ~3 hours per week, weekday timing flexible and to be coordinated with the team
- Total: Approximately 8–10 hours per week
