Summary:
Pick, palletize & distributes material, supplies, finished goods & other purchased items throughout organization and to customer locations.

Abide by all policies, procedures & work instructions including but not limited to the Employee Handbook.

Execute policies, procedures & work instructions as documented within Polyfab’s software system as appropriate to the position (RD106-033, QMS Training Matrix).
- Complete all appropriate paperwork in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.
- Strong emphasis on maintaining 5s. Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Generate and supply specific customer requirements for shipping orders with a strict compliance to accuracy (correct part numbers and correct quantities) and on-time delivery.

Maintain open communication with all departments in order to provide support as necessary.

All other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent required and
-
One or more years of related experience; or
-
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- General knowledge of the warehouse and inventory processes, procedures, and machinery. This is normally acquired through one or more years of warehouse experience.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Applications.
Language Skills
-
Ability to read and interpret various Polyfab documents, which are written in English.

Ability to write procedures, reports, business correspondence and work instructions.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from all Polyfab business partners.
Mathematical Skills
-
With or without a calculator, must be able to accurately add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers and calculate figures/amounts such as fractions, percentages or ratios.
- Ability to apply these mathematical concepts to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts & draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.

Ability to prioritize workload through multi-tasking and utilizing resources (teamwork).
Physical Ability
-
Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Must be able to sit, stand and walk for 8 hours per shift.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license.

Required to be an authorized driver on Polyfab’s insurance.

Required to complete & pass Polyfab testing for forklift license.
- Maintain forklift license with appropriate renewals as needed.
-
CDL preferred.
