Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our Black Label Tavern team to excellence! Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure high-quality guest experiences
- Supervise and train staff on food handling, customer service, POS systems.
- Manage inventory control, food production, and food safety standards to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Oversee shift management, including scheduling, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Implement staff training and development programs to enhance team skills in culinary techniques, food presentation, and hospitality excellence
- Monitor restaurant performance metrics, prepare reports on sales and expenses, and develop strategies for continuous improvement
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth
Requirements
- Proven management experience in casual dining establishments with supervising responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and kitchen management practices
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
- Strong background in food safety standards, inventory control, budgeting, and food handling procedures
- Demonstrated leadership skills in staff training, interviewing, team management, and conflict resolution
- Experience with restaurant management software and cash handling procedures
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach to service delivery

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
